Teams of
service Directors, healthcare providers, early intervention specialists,
therapists, and parent resource specialists can evaluate and assess an
infant or toddler and provide appropriate early intervention services.
First 5 - Santa Clara County utilizes these funds to promote, support and improve
early childhood development for children prenatal through age five and their
families. FIRST 5 intends to accomplish this by concentrating efforts on
School Readiness with an emphasis on quality health care, family support,
early care & education, and strong neighborhoods and communities. Children must be age 5 and under.
